Our site is run by its webmaster, Charles Paxton of The Webcat (henceforth referred to here collectively as “I” or “me” or “the webmaster”).   Interested parties can find out more about our Church  by viewing this website and attending our events.

Faith Community of Hope Church administrators (henceforth referred to collectively as we) only allow access to this site on a temporary basis and reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on this site and any associated sites without notice. This site and all materials accessible from it are made available for temporary reference via online browsing for personal use in real-time only. I take privacy issues seriously and this section details what kind of information I may collect from you and how I may share it.

We will not share your details with third parties for the purposes of their direct marketing to you.

We may compare visitor statistics month by month with information provided by my server with a view to improving this site’s function and popularity,  I may collect, store, and analyse data from visitors only with a view to improving our services. In addition to viewing visitor numbers, I may also collect, store and analyse such simple, aggregated visitors’ statistics that are made available to us such as frequency and dates of visits to this site (the options include I.P. Addresses and referring sites where relevant) and I may use this data to improve my services and also in aggregated form in relation to interaction with funding bodies or advertisers if we choose to place advertisements on any of our pages. I shall not use this data  to identify any individual except in the case where it might prove useful for legal defence and I would only ever publish this information as aggregated statistics or to Police or other authorities’ reasonable request.

Contact details provided via the contact form may be used by us to communicate with those members of the public who wish to contact us, all personal details submitted are stored securely, are not retained for longer than necessary to serve their purpose and will be destroyed when deemed no longer necessary.

In addition to the above uses, we may supply any information to law enforcement agencies that we are obliged to provide them by law. We may also use any information made available to us in any situation where it could constitute evidence useful in our defence in case of a dispute.

I only keep personal data in the form of contact details and photographic or video media in relation to my work projects and only with permission of the data subjects. I’m British and the British  Data Protection Act allows you to see the full extent of the personal data that I may hold about you within 20 days of my receipt of your request for it, provided that you pay an acceptable fee and provide proof of  your genuine identity. I will provide this service free if if’s easy or for a fee of $20 or $25 if it is time consuming.
