The World Health Organization diagrams below show how to wash your hands very thoroughly.
World Health Organization Guidelines on Thorough Hand Washing (above). Washing your hands frequently and avoiding touching your face can reduce the chance of infection from droplet-borne viruses like COVID-19 and also undesirable bacteria.
